Can You Hear Me Now?

For a long time i've wanted to start making videos as well as shooting photos. I've got so many cool ideas for short movies, comedy sketches, and independent films. However, anyone will tell you, you can't even think about making a movie without decent sound equipment. We all know those built in mics on our DSLR's simply won't do.

so, here's my new toy for video.

Opteka VM-200 video condenser stereo shotgun microphone

Here are the details

The Opteka VM-200 video condenser stereo shotgun microphone is a highly sensitive directional stereo microphone designed to magnify your target sounds while eliminating background noise from video shoots. The VM-200 will attach to camcorders & SLR's via shoe mount, straight bracket or video rig. It may also be mounted on a boompole via the 3/8" or 1/8" threads.

  • Directional XY Stereo Shotgun Mic
  • Noise Reducing Suspension System (NRS)
  • PAD Switch
  • High Pass Noise Filter
  • Coiled 3.5mm Stereo Cable
  • Attaches via 1/8" & 3/8" Threads or Shoe Mount

Expect to see some awesome videos on site!
